Public Safety’s Crime Prevention Program
On Friday February 3rd, ’17 Pittsfield
Dept. of Public Safety’s Crime Prevention program will host an Open House
for residents, businesses , owners / managers , faith leaders to provide
information from two important outreach efforts; “Tax ID Theft Awareness
and Cyber Security ( National Data Privacy)”.
This event is designed to provide information on how “not
to become a victim” of tax fraud , telephone, and emails scams
that are / will be happening through the April 15th filing
deadline.

-Tips on avoiding- The Grandparents scam, Tech support
scams, and others
-10 Most dangerous mobile apps (teens / tweens) /

for Teens
