Exterior Modifications: all exterior modifications must be approved by the HOA. This is to ensure compliance with the bylaws as well as to ensure that all permits are properly obtained. Please submit the form below prior to begining any project. The Board will review the request and if accepted, issue a provisional approval if permits are required. Once the provisional approval is obtained, all permits must be acquired and once received, a copy of the permits must be submitted to the Board to obtain a final approval of the project. If permits are not required, the Board will issue a final approval initially if accepted.

Board Positions: The Board is comprised of volunteer positions filled by residents of Bridgefield Estates. The Board elects officials as well as members each year. The specific duties of each position are detailed in the election form below. The form can be submitted at any time during the year and will be utilized during the following election. By maintaining a voluntary board, the HOA dues are kept to a minimum and all dues dollars are utilized to maintain and improve Bridgefield Estates.
