Bridgefield Estates is located in Pittsfield Township, Ann Arbor MI. It is surrounded by farm land yet it is only minutes from downtown Ann Arbor. The small community consists of 65 homes located on 39 acres. Wetlands are integral to Bridgefield Estates and wildlife is routinely found throughout the community.

Mission Statement

  • To support our community in all matters beneficial to the betterment of Bridgefield Estates.
  • To enrich the community by encouraging and sponsoring social events.
  • To challenge actions that are deemed not to be in the best interest of the majority of the community.
  • To enforce our covenants.
  • To implement revisions where our bylaws are flawed/ineffective or non-existent.
  • To provide financial oversight in regards to budgeting of funds for the betterment and upkeep of our common properties.
  • To maintain and increase property values of our homeowners.

Bylaws


The Bridgefield Bylaws were updated July 17th, 2007 and an updated copy was mailed to every homeowner at that time.

Bylaw Amendments

  1. Per July 15, 2008 Board Minutes:
  • Due to issues with non-subdivision neighbor at 5165 Platt Road, the Board approves six foot high cedar dog-eared privacy-type fence running east to west on north side of lots 17,18, 19, 20, and 21. Fenced plans must be submitted for approval by Board and removal of fences for access to easement by utilities or other non-subdivision purposes is the homeowner’s responsibility and not that of the homeowner’s association.
