Spring Happenings

Dear Homeowners,

We are excited to begin a new outdoor season! It's so nice to see flowers beginning to bloom, trees starting to bud, and children at play! We would like to extend an open invitation as always for anyone interested in joining us at the HOA meetings. Better yet, to serve on the board! We can all benefit from one another’s expertise, ideas and perspectives. We encourage you to have a voice in your association membership!

  A few neighborhood reminders:

Drive S L O W - speed limit is 25mph! Be extra mindful when driving through the neighborhood. We’ve had a few close calls recently. Remind your teenage drivers to put their phones down upon entering the subdivision! Parking in driveway blocking sidewalk and parking on the left side of street facing traffic is a Pittsfield Township violation.

Trim trees - Trees located on your property between the sidewalk and street; are your responsibility to maintain. Please trim back any branches extending over the sidewalk with at least a 7 ft. clearance from the ground. Pittsfield Ordinance 298 Section 38-36 as follows: "Any bush, shrub, tree or other vegetation or portion thereof obstructing the line of vision or interfering with passage of pedestrians or motorists on a sidewalk, walkway, driveway or street is prohibited”.

Hornets nests – If you notice a nest in your tree have it removed immediately or please inform the HOA info@bridgefieldestates.com

Mow the grass - Lawn care and maintenance reflects on the value of your home and the neighborhood. Long grass also attracts critters and ticks! Pittsfield Ordinance 298 Section 38-33 as follows: “Grass, weeds, and undergrowth shall not be permitted to grow to a height greater than eight inches.”

  Save the date:

  May 13th – 9am Annual Donuts and Spring Clean-Up

Garage Sale – If you are interested in hosting/planning please let me know. Thank you all for making

Bridgefield Estates a wonderful place to live!
